maybe we are not aware that water is very important to us. Sometimes we throw away water at will. and it is a bad thing

Water has many functions such as to diminum.apakah you know that we should drink 8 glasses of water every day? water is very good for the kidneys, skin and our health. water is better than drinking soft drinks, coffee or beer. and possibly after sport some of us prefer a softdrink than its water.that pure fool.
